Kevin Lewis Church

Kevin Lewis Church, 44, of Hamptonville, North Carolina, passed away at Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist Health in Winston Salem, on Friday, March 29, 2024.

Born May 2, 1979, in Davie County, North Carolina, he was the son of Kelly Lanford Church and Helen Sipes Hensley.

He was a graduate of Davie High School, class of 1997. He was a member of Calvary Baptist Church in Union Grove, North Carolina.  He enjoyed four wheelers, hunting, rodeos, riding horses, working on cars, and spending time with his family. 

He leaves behind his wife, April Church; a son, Logan Andrew Church (Sarah); two daughters, Kayla Grace Church (Christian), Savannah Marie Church; two brothers, Jody Church (Missy), Wayne Church (Jenny); three sisters, Elaine Kimbrell (Rick), Tammy Greene (James), Tina Johnson (Scott); a grandchild, Walker Andrew Church; multiple nieces, nephews, aunts, and uncles.

He was preceded in death by his father, Kelly Church.

The family will receive friends on Saturday, April 6, 2024, from 5:00pm to 7:00pm at Davie Funeral Service Chapel and a Celebration of Life service will be held on Sunday, April 7, 2024, at 2:00pm at Calvary Baptist Church in Union Grove, with Pastor Stephen Pope, officiating.
