Our Cremation Services Options
Cremation with visitation and Celebration of Life Service
This service includes the services of our funeral director and staff, local transfer of the deceased to our funeral home, preparation of the body (which is required by law when there is a public viewing), a celebration of life service, register book, memorial folders, acknowledgement cards, home equipment, transportation to the crematory, crematory fees, and the 24 hour holding of the remains as required by law. This does NOT include opening and closing of grave, sales tax, paid obituaries, and death certificates, cremation casket, urn, nor urn vault.
Direct Cremation with a graveside or Celebration of Life Service
This package includes the services of our funeral director and staff, the removal of the deceased and transportation to the crematory, the holding of the remains for 24 hours as required by law, and public and family viewing with or without cremains present (family's request). Also included is your choice of three basic urns, basic urn vault when needed, celebration of life service or graveside service, register book, memorial folders, and acknowledgement cards. Does NOT include opening and closing of grave, sales tax, paid obituaries, and death certificates. (Preparation of the body is not required for the creamation proccess.)
Direct Cremation with no rites nor ceremonies
This is our BASIC service, this includes transportion to the crematory, sheltering of remains for 24 hours as required by law, and after the creamation process the cremains may be picked at our funeral home. (Preparation of the body is not required for the cremation proccess.)
Urns range from $99.00 to $995.00, Urn vaults range from $199.00 to $495.00, Caskets range from $695.00 to $3995.00.
There are saving discounts when arrangements are made in advance through our pre-need services. These savings range from $100.00 to $500.00 when packages are paid in full prior to need. Funding is available through pre-need insurance companies and our bank trust company. All pre funded funerals are registered with the North Carolina Board of Funeral Service to protect the consumer and insure the safety of their investment. No funds belong to the funeral home, to the individual, or any person until the funds are released at time of need. A filing fee of $20.00 is required by the State of North Carolina.
